General
Parking and boat mooring are available free of charge to users of all accommodation units but at your own risk.
On the beach there are plastic deck chairs that guests are free to use with the obligation to return them to their place at the end of the day.
Portable cots for children up to 3 years old are available. We kindly ask you to emphasize the need for them when booking accommodation.
All accommodation units are air conditioned, but during operation of the air conditioner, windows and doors must be closed.
Arrival Departure
On the day of arrival, you can enter the accommodation from 4 pm, and on the day of departure you should leave the accommodation no later than 10 am.
To register your stay, you will need to hand in your ID card or passport upon arrival to the host.
When leaving the apartment, the final cleaning service will not be charged if the accommodation unit is left clean and tidy, and this applies especially to:
Dishes - washed and tidied
Garbage - thrown in the appropriate containers in the yard
Floors - larger impurities removed (swept floors)
Furniture - is in the place where you found it
Otherwise, the host retains the possibility of charging for the final cleaning service in the amount of 700 Kuna.
Accommodation reservation and payment
When booking, we will inform you about the need to pay an advance.
As a rule, the advance payment is 30% of the total price, it is usually paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable if you cancel the accommodation.
Payment of the remaining amount is usually made on the second day of your arrival.
Payment is possible in cash, and for some accommodation units it is possible to pay by bank transfer.
We do not accept cards.

Apartments
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided in the apartments. As a rule, towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.
The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils and appliances, and if you need specific appliances or utensils, please inform yourself in a timely manner about their availability.
A variety of cleaning products and accessories are available to keep the apartment clean.
Neither toilet paper nor garbage bags are available in the apartments.
On the island, waste is classified into several containers for recycling and into one container for mixed/other municipal waste. Information on waste sorting can be found in each accommodation unit.
Rooms
The rooms are located on the ground floor and there are a total of five rooms for two people. Rooms are air conditioned and have a private bathroom with a shower.
Bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper are provided.
Rooms have a shared kitchen. Refrigerators and freezers are also available.
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual utensils and appliances. If you need specific appliances or utensils, please inform yourself in a timely manner about their availability.
There is no charge for the use of the kitchen, but guests are asked to return the kitchen after using it to the condition in which they found it. Cleaning products as well as different types of kitchen towels are available.
